Hearth began with Elena and Marco Ruiz, a secondhand roaster, and a simple wish: to make the kind of neighborhood coffee shop they always looked for when traveling.
We roast on-site because freshness matters, but so does connection. It lets us know every coffee by heart, share what we’re learning, and make sure your everyday cup is never treated like an afterthought.
